Roberto Caporuscio is a pizza maker from Naples, Italy. He founded the Regina Margherita pizzerias in Pittsburgh, PA, where he makes pizza in the traditional Napolitan way, as he learned in the old school of authentic pizza making in Naples. This short documentary shows the process of making a Napolitan pizza from beginning to end, and gives you a glimpse of everything that food making and sharing means for this unique "mastro pizzaiulo" (master pizza maker).
